USA Landmark Bracket Challenge Winner
In honor of the upcoming U.S. Semiquincentennial, the Hoxie 8th-grade class took on the ambitious task of identifying the nation’s greatest landmark. Each student conducted research and produced a multi-media video advocating for their chosen site—a difficult task given the vast history of the United States. After a competitive March Madness-style round, Aubrey Diercks took home the top prize for her compelling tribute to the Korean War Memorial, capturing the spirit of remembrance and national pride.
