By far our best outing of the season defensively and offensively we made everything tough on them defensively making them take tough shots all game. Offensively we wanted to dominate inside because we knew we had the advantage there all game and we did just that we ran out of stuff and executed well.
We came into substate knowing we had to play our best ball of the season and we did just that. Every girl was on the same page and wanted the ultimate goal to make state.
Lady Indians ended the 7-year drought of making it to state and made it to 2a state for the first time in 15 years. Lady Indians won the Purple and gold tournament for the first time ever. Also made it to the first MCL tournament championship for the first time ever where we fell to 3a #1 Seed Phillipsburg.
