Sheridan Amusement Co. Donates to H.G.S Career Cruising Program
USD 412 is continually working towards graduating college, vocational school, and career-ready students and we believe this begins in preschool. Our S.T.E.A.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) and Career Cruising programs help us to meet this goal.
The Sheridan County Amusement Company Board generously donated money so that we could add community service tubs to our Career Cruising program. We were able to purchase items to put on our own fair. We have learned about the importance of volunteering in our community because we care about it. We discussed that the fair would not be successful without the amazing board that organizes it and all of the volunteers that work the fair each year
Sheridan County businesses and community members have been very generous by donating supplies and money necessary to create the S.T.E.A.M. and Career Cruising programs. Students attending USD 412 are given many opportunities and hopefully will grow up to be happy productive members of our society because of the examples set by our community.
