Mid-America Woodwind Quintet to Perform in Hoxie

The Mid-America Woodwind Quintet from Emporia State University will perform at the Hoxie JR/SR High School Choir Room on Sunday, March 9, from 7:00-7:30 PM.
The public is invited to the performance and students are encouraged to attend. Students are asked to bring pencils and their instrument to the performance. After the performance, the Quintet members will work with the students from 7:30-8:00.
A woodwind quintet consists of five members generally consisting of an oboe, bassoon, clarinet, flute and a French horn. Each member of the Mid-America Woodwind Quintet is a faculty member from ESU and the group has been performing together for several years.
