On Friday, the Hoxie High School student athletes shared their love of reading with the grade school students as part of Drop Everything and Read.

Several classes had floats in our Annual Homecoming Parade on Saturday morning.

Saturday afternoon, the Alumni Board held a reception at the HHS library. Many alumni enjoyed looking over the old annuals and class pictures and talking with friends.

Mark your calendars! “Wild, Wild West” is the theme for Homecoming 2007 on October 5th and 6th.
The class of 1991 celebrated their 15th class reunion in July over fair weekend.
The class of 1986 held their 20th reunion during the Sheridan County Fair. 29 of the remaining 35 class members attended.
Someone told Don Crawford (’47), “You should write a book,” about his life following a crippling stroke in 2000. So he did. Is This a Test, Lord? was published in 2003 by Heartfelt Press. Included in the autobiographical paperback are anecdotes from his days in Hoxie and Sheridan Community High School. Mary K. (Summerson) Haffner (’44) was in Australia during Homecoming visiting her son and his family.
